The Federal Government has introduced a new policy called the National Civil Aviation Policy 2013.
The new policy bans private jet owners in Nigeria from carrying their friends and business associates on board.
However, they are still allowed to carry family members.
On the other hand, companies that own private jets are only allowed to carry their employees and board of directors.
